Casting call time! I'm going to perform a reading of X'o'Lore's Mega Man fanfic, and I'd like to have distinct voices for the different characters. I can certainly do my best to give them voices on my own, but since people were already volunteering their vocal chords to the podcast, I'm callin' 'em in! I need voices for Dr. Light, Eddie, Auto and Roll. I'll perform whichever voices don't get volunteered and narrate. Expediency is appreciated, as I do hope to get the episode done within the next few weeks (now that I've got enough content for a basic episode). Hopefully we can get at least one female volunteer, as my falsetto may not be what everyone wants to hear.
This doesn't mean that content submission requests have ended, though. The more you submit, the less time will pass between episodes!
Rockin'! We just need a Roll now please! It's only one line, but I'd still rather have a female do the reading, so volunteers would be much appreciated!
Wow... I downloaded Audacity... and I am trying it out... and it's freakin WEIRD to hear myself. I sang a bit... and... I don't know. Sounds weird, but it might sound so weird just because I'm not used to hearing myself recorded. Whatever.
I'm willing to do anything involving voice. I would do Roll if no one else stepped up.
Oh, and I had another idea, after Conor said that he wanted to do some voiceover work. What about having multiple readings of the same poem? It would be really interesting to see what individuals did with the same work, where they put the emphases, how they read certain crucial sections. Anyone up for it?

Sure thing, don't expect much from me though, i'm only used to voicing ads on irish radio and promos and stuff, allthough i'm no Don La Fountaine i am getting better at my "in a time..." voice (if you don't know what that means just youtube it...
Update: exactly zero people have sent me audio recordings of their Mega Man fanfic readings. It's possible I didn't send the text to everyone, but I know I sent it to at least a few people. Let me know if you need another/a copy of the script.
I never got a script of any sort and I remember requesting my assistance for something or other what the fuck is going on aaaaaaaauuuuuuuuuugh whargarrbl

I believe that was the original joke that came with the "Rockman" games.

But, i'm willing to give anything a shot!
Seriously. It's like I'm living in 1990. Scary.
If you can wait that long, I'll be up for it.
