So, there's a rush to 1000 posts, you say?

    *MAGIC?*

Magic? In my Orange Belt? Get that out of here.

More post count ticking randomness? As long as it remains amusing I am not bothered. For shame if it should become stale.
  • edited January 2007
Yeah, it'd be a pity to add something entertaining all on your own.
  • edited January 2007
Be careful, I might just give certain people random negative post counts

    That's right, I went there

What the hell? Is this why there are so many posts all of a sudden? Who the hell cares who has more posts? Jeez, all this spam for such a stupid reason.

I really intend to watch X-files until either Agent Scully gets un-abducted or I run out of coffee tonight rather than perform some cleansing act of moderation, so have a good time. Just remember, spammy double-posts are totally cheap and everyone knows it.
Wait, I thought it was Mulder who was abducted, and then replaced by an evil robot from the future.

Of course, the show kinda sucked by then anyway.

Aww, looks like Night Lord's 1000-post status has been denied. I'm #1 poster again!

    Vindictive!

I think I speak for all of us when I say:

    owned.

I think I speak for myself when I say

    Poop

    EDIT: WTF?
  • edited January 2007
    How'd Mario do that?!!

    EDIT: I feel guilty:
Who'll be the first to 1,000?! The race is on.
  • edited January 2007
    Magic.
  • edited January 2007
I'm also gonna have to go with magic.
  • edited January 2007
    The magic seems.... temporary.

Someone needs to hit the hot key to refresh that spell.
  • edited January 2007
Sorry, it appears Mario can't afford to cast that spell

    ... Not enough MP.
  • edited January 2007
    Exactly, not enough MP.
  • edited January 2007
Oh, you wanna tempt me, do ya Night Lord?
  • edited January 2007
I'm gonna say that he also doesn't have enough MP to set everybody else's post count to retardedly high numbers.
  • edited January 2007
    Ooh, hadn't considered that.
  • edited January 2007
Give us all a post count of 9,999! Hoo-hah!
  • edited January 2007
Or 0 posts. Then you KNOW something isn't right.
  • edited January 2007
You already know something's not right when people start caring about a stupid statistic in their profiles. And really, why should I be impressed that Night Lord spammed his way to 1,000 posts? Forgive me if I'm being too cynical here, but I don't really care that you can spam, Night Lord.
  • edited January 2007
Nor do I, but still, it was amusing at the time.

Jeesus, Mary Jane Caufield, cool the negative attitude. What you seem to not be able to grasp is that we're having fun with something simple. Relax a bit.
  • edited January 2007
I don't consider coming onto the forum, seeing lots of new topics/posts, and going to read them only to find a bunch of useless spam to be "simple." I find it to be annoying. I had hoped to find something worth talking about, but instead I get to hear about how Agentcel shaved for the first time and how Night Lord went to buy milk. Again, forgive me if I'm being overly cynical here, but if I wanted to hear pointless details about people's lives, I'd go to MySpace or LiveJournal.

    Fixed.
  • edited January 2007
He's right, we should go back to only talking about news stories, like the McGlaughlin Group.

So, uh, what are you wanting? This is the general discussion forum. If you want to talk about something specific, you're free to make your own topics, here or in the topic-specific forums. I manage to wade through all the nerdy crap around here that I have absolutely no interest in without getting all hostile.

I thought you liked nerdy crap
