I decree that this be the pet-pictures thread! Deal.

The dog is Saber, he'll be a year old next month. The cat is Tiger, she's ten.

    Darn 4-image post-limit.

    I like the cat.

Let's see more of Tiger, preferably fighting Saber.

    Preferably on hill tops.

Whoa. Tiger is ten? in human years?

EDIT: Oh yeah, I think this thread works better in the General Discussion Forum.

Eh. Cats are hard to take pictures of. They're either moving around too much or they're lying still in a bad position.

Dogs are easier. They do funny/cute things, and they do them often. And c'mon: Puppies!

And yes, Tiger's ten. She's been around the block a few times. Literally.

Well, I've heard talk that photography is an art. So I put this here.

    Ok then.

    Saber looks cute.

I like the names. I think more pets should be named after American Gladiators. I'll get around to posting pics of my considerably fatter dog, later.

The vast majority of pictures I have of Orange involve her sleeping. Here, on my playstation controllers.

ETA: Good God! Where did her legs go?!
  • edited January 2007
I suppose I could take a snap of my cat.

Here we see the symbiotic realtionship of the rare and endangered Playstation controllers and the orange housecat.

I had a dog once. As for cats, we've had tons of 'em around, but due to their very high mortality rate I simply refer to all of them as "Cat" or if I'm in the mood for it "potential roadkill". I may dig up a picture of my dog. This will likely occur tomorrow when I'm back home.

Stephanie! Your cat is so cute!

    =D

You might not say that if you saw her. She's huge. Kind of like a small planet with stick-legs.

This is TackleMaggot. He's a precious litle snuggle bunny, yes he is.

What is that thing? It's awesome.
  • edited January 2007
Do you actually have that awesome thing at your house? What will it grow into?
  • edited January 2007
    It'll grow into awesome.

This looks shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels and from having seen quite a few shops in my time.

This was one of my cats, but he died two years ago. His name was Niles, and he was 21 pounds of love.

    To John:

Plus it has a telltale fuzz around the edges.

    [Maggot thing]
Even the notion of such a creature existing makes me want to puke-splode

You know where to take that kinda thing Johnny!

I agree that it's fairly cool, but I've always had a weakspot for above-average sized insects. They just weird me out a bit.

    Fat cat is faaaaat.
    /obvious

Reply to all: I must come clean and say that is not my tacklemaggot. That must be someone else's.
And it's not a shop. But it's also probably not nearly as huge as the pic makes it out to be. It is still awesome, though.

Behemoth, when your cat is awake it seems to be filled with nothing more than contempt for you. What did you do to upset your Tiger so much?
  • edited January 2007
Thats a male cat, Amoeba. They look that way when they're in the mood for lovin'.
