I've found anything I'm not sufficiently interested in becomes incredibly difficult as a result. I have never specifically had a Calc II class to know how interesting or not it might be. I'm not sure what manner of maths that is.
I know I developed a love for trigonometry by actually using some in programming to makes some neat stuff happen. I think math is something that is easier taught to people if they get a chance to use it somewhere to do something cool.
When I signed up it was called Information Technology: New Media, but apparently there are some constraints on where you can use the phrase "Information Technology" in a degree name, so they changed it to "New Media: Web and Games". But a bunch of the whinier students complained that it didn't sound professional enough, so it became "New Media: Interactive Development".
It's sort of a jack-of-all-trades major. I can code websites or Flash games, but also do art things too.
There aren't many opportunities for other jobs in my field in this city. I'll be moving out regardless. Probably best for me. Everyone here is either 17 and under or 37 and over.
And youtube has been all cruddy and like half of all videos have been giving me errors for the past few days so I can't even be an unproductive slouch properly.
Thieves broke into my girlfriend's car last night. They took my laptop bag, containing my work laptop and, much more importantly, my 3DS with Smash Bros. Hope they're enjoying my hard-earned character unlocks. Assholes.
I've had my car broken into before. They stole my flute, and my PSP. It's not a good feeling, and I'm sorry it happened to you. If I see them online, I'll be sure to try and figure out who they are.
I got a fancy newish car over the weekend which is nice enough, but then my family members felt a need to check it out and they left the key in and partly on so it drained my battery. I did not find this out until I had to leave for work this morning.

I can't trust people with nice things.
