I've been student-teaching two high school geometry classes this semester, and one of my students found out I liked Ocarina of Time. I got cool teacher points by bragging about how I always know where all the keys are in the water temple.
The dogs are driving now. Pretty awesome. Also funny because people on YouTube have been given charges for showing their children driving short distances, but dogs are totally okay.
Has anyone here ever linked the PBS Idea Channel? It's pretty neato. It sometimes occurs to me other people may not actually be aware of these things just because I am. I figure if they did all know they'd talk about it at some point and that hasn't seemed to happen.
So in other news I'm going to Florida with my dad in mid-June for a thing. I've never been there and could stay for a couple of extra days to do the tourist thing. Anybody know what would be interesting to do in Florida for a day or two? I've never really thought about it.
The Castle ride is awesome, but Dueling Dragons/Dragon Challenge are among the more disappointing roller coasters I've ever ridden - within the Universal complex, both The Hulk and RipRide Rockit are much better coasters.
Dueling Dragons is really short - but you have to ride each once at least.
Beyond that, Harry Potter world is the best - Hogsmeade is very well done, for example.
I've always been partial to Busch Gardens, though. I think it's the best theme park in the state.

Puns aside, I totally can't go due to Florida.
