    I would suggest Link use some of HIS melee moves, but he returned all his items to the dungeons from whence they came, and now has no means other than his sword to defend himself.

    Well, he could do the spinny attack. No, nevermind, he probably forgot that...

    Alright, I've had enough of the grammar and spelling mistakes. Listen, I'm a bloody English major and I make these mistakes too, no one's immune. Lay off it, it's just getting annoying.

    hate to sound corny, but no ones perfect:p anyways, Ironically enough, were having a Smashfest at my friends house as we type this. Captain falcon vs. Jigglypuff Vs. Link Vs. Kirby. and Jiggly just got off his auto kill. Anyways, i'm getting off topic, Link is pretty badass. I use Link, Sheik, Fox, and Pichu.
  • edited July 2006
    Link needs not more than a sword! He simply needs an intelligent, skilled player to control him, as he is clearly not so great when left to his own devices.
  • edited July 2006
    Though he seems able to handle the deus ex machina just fine.

    Ah, that was a good comic. I laughed for a while after reading that one.

    Well, there's a fine line between making the occasional typo, and trying to type a post with your face.

    For example:

    Okay: I thought Sheik was pretty badass in thsi comic.

    Typing too fast, the s and i in the word 'this' got mixed up. No reason to throw a fit, as everybody does this.

    Not okay: wyhs u gotta haitin miscent hes da siht yo.

    This makes us who study language in college wonder how the hell such a person made it so far in life with such limited forms of communication. Furthermore, personally, as someone who teaches English to foreign students in his spare time and wants to do it as a real job later in life, this butchering of my native tongue always cuts away at my soul a bit.

    Ah, i'm just a student so I can't really teach or give an educated opinion all too well, just the occassional tip. I hope to be a History major though and teach...well obviously history. anyways it does pain me to try and read the messages and IM's of people who post like that. If you look in on a conversation over AIM I have with my friends it's really funny how they substitute certain words for letters.

    Have= av
    See= C
    Nice= Nc or :-)
    and the list goes on and on. Anyways, I guess it's just people are getting lazy, and the speed of speaking on the internet is drastically impaired when typing instead of speaking. But if you think about it, there's no need to do it on a forum, since you have pretty much all the time you need. Yeah, I just got nowhere with all of this. sorry for wasting your time.

    Wow, newbie. You must play that a lot. By the way, it's "spelled", not "spelt". Correct your own spelling first, please.
    The irony is killing me.

    So it's not just me then... *cough*

    But on topic... About the Wikipedia thing... It's only a matter of time before the sprite comic hating Wiki admin Hanchen deletes your page, mario. Just give him time. He's done it to other comics of same popularity as Zelda Comic before, and he'll do it again.

    Not that the Wikipedia entry is on-topic in the context of this thread, but my hope is that if enough people contribute to the article's extensiveness, it will be seen as sufficiently notable to warrant its inclusion in Wikipedia. You can't have a WikiProject Webcomics without all the webcomics, can you?

    No, but don't point that out to them. You might shatter their fragile brains.

    Anyway, I don't have anything else to say about this comic, so I'll be off then.

    Hey, I have a question. What's that orange thing Shiek leaves behind him/her in panel 3? Is it dust? Is it fairy dust?
  • edited July 2006
    It is the ninja dust left behind in her teleport deal thingy. Play super smash bros. melee and you shall understand.
  • edited July 2006
    I always figured it was an explosion in Smash Bros. Melee. After all, it damages those too close to it, and engulfs them in flames.
  • edited July 2006
    Maybe it's magic ninja dust.
  • edited July 2006
    Magic fairy ninja dust? Or just normal magic ninja dust?

    I looked on Wikipedia, and the article's already marked for deletion. See here for the reasons for deletion. They don't think Zelda Comic is noteworthy, yet they have an article on the number 57? (Not to mention most other numbers) Whoever made up that Zelda Comic article put a lot of info in there, more than many of the other, more permanent articles.
  • edited July 2006
    I don't get it. They're deleting Zelda Comics' wikipedia entry because they say there is too much info on webcomics? Does Wikipedia only have a limited amount of space or something? Wikipedia is supposed to be an encyclopedia. The article is accurate, so what harm is there in keeping it?
  • edited July 2006
    The harm is, as I already stated, certain administrators are biased.

    And if you look at the reason for deletion... Look. Same Hahnchen "this comic is not notable because of it's Alexa rating" bullshit.
  • edited July 2006
    Well, get it put on Comixpedia, is what they made that wiki for, to give a place for comic-related wiki articles to escape the wrath of Wikipedia's "not a dumping ground for information" mentality.
  • edited July 2006
    Actually, I think the Wikipedia article was lifted wholesale from Comixpedia, meaning my comic's presumably still there. But doesn't splintering Wikipedia into multiple specialized encyclopedias defeat the whole purpose of having a unified all-encompassing source of information?
  • edited July 2006
    Pretty much. Besides, the Wikipedia article fixed most of the typos in the Comixpedia article.

    Silly mario. Logic means nothing when personal bias is involved.

    I wish hanchen would be blown up......by magic fairy ninja dust.

    We're are technically on topic in general sense, as we're discussing Zelda Comic episode 281, but we're discussing Zelda Comic as a whole, as well as the specific comic, however we have a whole sub-forum to do that with
  • edited July 2006
    A whole sub-forum OMIGOSH that is simply INCREDIBLE! Note the hint of sarcasism in my voice

    P.S. I am completely aware that you cannot hear my voice so it would be slightly difficult to note the sarcasm in it.
  • edited July 2006
    I'll use that next time for sure. thanks for the help!:rolleyes:

    Your sarcastic replies have no bearing on the topic of this thread.
