We can't, but your MUM can!
  • edited June 2007
I don't think you're allowed to call her "Mum" if you don't live in Europe or have a sufficiently convincing accent.

I feel so insulted. I come to have a serious discussion on who the miscreant is and no one will respect the topic. Then you bring my mother into this. A girl as young as me has very delicate feelings and you need to respect them. That or don't bother posting.

I hope thats sarcasm. Your mom jokes have been overused to the point where almost no one takes them seriously anymore. Chuck Norris jokes are where its at now.

Did you know Chuck Norris' tears cure Cancer?

Unfortunately, he has never cried. Ever.

...Holy shit! It's Chuck Norris! He's the miscreant!
  • edited June 2007
Yes I was being sarcastic. Come on where I live tha yo mama jokes don't even hurt kindergardeners. I'm sarcastic and sassy when angered.

Also Chuck Norris is to bad-ass to be the miscrent.

You callin' The Miscreant a pussy?
  • edited June 2007
No he's awesome just not as awesome as Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris is like half a step before God and the miscreant isn't.

    >.> I'm overdue for a serious post.

First though, I can say "mum", because I live in New York. You should be able to say "mum" too, Hlavco.

    EDIT: Our somewhat-British friend says:

nightlord750 (1:42:16 PM): You're not from the British Commonwealth. You don't speak the Queen's English. Thus you use mom

Ocarina of Twilight, I am sorry for insulting your mother. It was meant to be passed of as sarcastic, and apparently it didn't come across as such. If there were only [sarcastic][/sarcastic] tags. Now, I like to have some fun around here, with the occasional "YUR MUM!", like many others. I shouldn't have typed that to a new girl, it was a dumb mistake.

As for the on-topic thing, no one ever stays on topic.

So, I am sincerely apologizing, hoping that my messages will not offend you again. It wasn't a direct attack on your mother, more of a random comment.

By the way, may I kindly point out the "Who's Who: Starring: The Miscreant" Thread? mario likes recycling old threads. It helps protect the environment. Haha, humor.

Hopefully you won't view me as a jackass, that's not what I'm about! ^_^

You obviously didn't see my other post saying my "hurt" feelings were also sarcasm. Also I made a promise not to revive old threads. No I don't now nor will I ever view you as a jackass. I don't do that to people.

Also I did post on the other Miscreant thread. Nobody ever replied, so HA!!!

And yet so many people have become addicted to it

The Miscreant is more than awesome enough to be Chuck Norris, but I never thought that Chuck Norris would go for the subtle route, opting instead for kicking his opponents in the face sans disguise, so they'd be all like "damn, I just got kicked in the face by Chuck Norris".

Bruce, I wouldn't change his identity if someone guessed correctly. His identity was decided from the very first moment you saw him in the comic.

Cool, but I doubt anyone will figure it out anyway, since he's no doubt your own self-created character who doesn't appear in the Zelda canon.
  • edited June 2007
He's far more likely to be one of the characters nobody really cares about. (Ingo?)
  • edited June 2007
I doubt Ingo. Maybe Mido, or even the already evil HMS!!!!

Its obviously Ulrira, who is angry at Link for never calling. Also, Chuck Norris has been dead for twenty years. Death is just too scared to pay him a visit.
  • edited June 2007
Is that why Bruce Lee kicked Chuck Norris' ass, thus proving that he is a weakling?
  • edited June 2007
    1 Who's Ulrira
2 Not one fight does a wuss make
3 Regrettably this topic isn't about Chuck Norris unless you use him in a way that has to do with the miscreant
  • edited June 2007
Old Man Ulrira was from Link's Awakening. He was too shy to talk to you in person, but if you called him on the telephone he gave you important hints on what to do next in the game. Too kindhearted to be the Miscreant, says I.
  • godgod

But he was wise enough to possibly be a sage, which would fit in with our limited knowledge of the Miscreant. And the hood keeps them from knowing who he is, which could help with the shyness.

Nice attempt at getting Mario to spill whether or not the miscreant actually appears in the game. Personally, I doubt that the miscreant will turn out to be a never before seen character. They never do that in scooby doo.

On another point, I think that the ice climber idea is too good to ditch.
    Ice Climber+hood= Miscreant+hood

    Ice climber - hood= miscreant - hood

    Therefore, Ice climber= miscreant! ... (I think)

    I like this guy's logic.
  • edited June 2007
You know though it probably ian't an ice climber his logic makes it so. Why must the system of logic be undermined so easily. Wait, why do I care?
  • edited June 2007
The Miscreant is Zelda's long-lost brother or disgruntled servant! Or a mailman.
  • godgod
    edited June 2007
I've always wondered, If someone can be disgruntled, can they be gruntled?
  • edited June 2007
    Yes, they can!

    gruntle

    verb
cause to be more favorably inclined; gain the good will of; "She managed to mollify the angry customer" [syn: pacify]

    Gruntle

\Grun"tle\, v. i. [Freq. of grunt.] To grunt; to grunt repeatedly. [Obs.]
