The poor Charmander doesn't get any love.

Then again, he's only had one word of spoken dialogue...

Thirteen days! That's my biggest comic-gap yet! Hooray for Sping Break Nothingdoingness!

The combination of panels 3 and 4 rock, and I love Pichu's expression on Panel 6. And good riddance to those drops; they're dangerous and pesky.

This one might be my favorite one so far; good job.

i wish i looked like pichu when i concentrated.

WOAH YOUR AVATAR IS TOTALLY POKING THE THREAD. THE RELEVANCE BOTH FRIGHTENS AND BEWILDERS ME.

I kinda liked the expression more without that one red dot colored in, because it looked like his mouth rather than... the red dot... thing. Yes.
  • edited April 2006
That one was hilarious! I concur, Pichu's expression in panel six is awsome, actually, I enjoy all of the expressions you give your characters. You have a real nak(sp*) for portraying emotions.

    Knack.

But I agree, I really liked that one.

Teardrop mites are a plague upon comics that need to be stopped. With electroshock treatment.

The yellowness of the dots was to show that he's using electricity at the moment.

Riding home today, I saw the worst thing ever: A Daewoo ridin' spinnaz.

    Geez.

    Eww.

    Ch-ch-check it out. Another comic.

This one was a nightmare to make. I had to create new views for just about everybody, and redraw Eevee from scratch for panel 2. On the plus side, the speech was much easier by comparison. It isn't too blatantly obvious that Squirtle and Charmander have the same legs in the first panel, is it?

Just to make sure I have things straight, "spinnaz" refers to those hubcaps that spin in the opposite direction to the wheel to make it look like it's not spinning at all, right? They suck.
  • edited May 2006
Well, I suppose they sometimes do that. But it's really that they keep spinning after you stop so it looks like you're still moving.

EDIT: I can't believe Wikipedia actually linked me to that article when I typed in "spinnaz".

I saw a car with "spinnaz" not only on the hubcaps, but on the steering wheel too! Made me chuckle to myself.

hlavco, if you hadnt said anything about them having the same legs, no one would have noticed

That's because Wikipedia is "down" with "hip" people.

Ah now I get it add a "z" or two into a word and it's cool, fair enough.

What happens if you stick an "x" into the mix aswell?

    awexome?

Zawexome! That shall be our new superlative!

So I had this really great, wonderful idea for a new comic. Then it turned out that said idea would be really hard to make. So instead, you get this crap.

The Wartortle looks all rushed and aweful.

    BUY SOMETHIN' WILL YA
    BOY, THIS IS REALLY EXPENSIVE!
  • edited May 2006
Those were boring. I don't see how anyone could like 'em. There wasn't any set up for the punch lines, which were pretty bad, too.

My first negative review! I must've made the big time now! Let's all celebrate!
