Official Introductory Thread Strikes Back

edited July 18 in General
Yes! It was missing, I'm sure the General Discussion Forum (recursive link!) felt lonely without it.

EVERYTHING IS NEW AND SCARY.

Looks like I get to be the first one to introduce myself on the all new Orangebelt. Which, as a non-sequiter, isn't very orange. Anywho, my name's Marcus and I go to school with Hamelin. He's shown me quite a bit of the craziness that goes on here, so I decided to hop aboard. Nice meeting all of you in advance.

    Hello, I'm John the Filleau.
  • edited January 2006
Nice avatars, both of you. On the off chance you didn't read any of my posts before, I'm Hlavco.
  • edited January 2006
Thanks, and nice to meet you. Hamelin drew it for me, I just edited it.

Although, I do heartily endorse meat.
  • edited January 2006
    I heartily engulf it.

I feel the sudden uncontrollable urge to introduce myself.

    I'm Amoeba Boy, I have sub-par avatars!

Don't be hard on yourself. Skeletal mages are awesome. That is assuming it's a skeletal mage. I mean, come on, how cool is being made of bone and having majik skills?
  • edited January 2006
I am X'o'Lore. Sometimes my avatars are cool and often times not. They are usually self-made. That is all.
  • edited January 2006
My name is Serephel. My avatar is a cactrot. I like my cactrot avatar, and it will probably stay that way for a while.

    Cactrot?
  • edited January 2006
Hi! My name is Heidi. Which, interestingly, is also my forum name.

It is mostly due to me being extremely original and clever. So original and clever, in fact, that I don't use name like beachgal3 or kittykat.

I have avatars that are all stolen off the Internet, which also adds to my originality and cleverness.

    John, your avatar disgusts me.

    Cactrot?

Depends on which Final Fantasy you think of. I think of FFVI's cactrot, as I have spent hours and hours beating the hell out of them for 10 magic points each. From FFVII on they were cactuars.

It's the Grim Reaper, but I suppose he counts as a type of skeletal mage.

    I am deku12345.

I have never been here before.

    Really.
  • edited January 2006
I would have to say that the Grim Reaper is the ultimate skeletal mage.

    I am Jake.

    I love you.

SUBMIT THINGS FOR THE PODCAST, YOU WRETCHES!
  • edited January 2006
I DID, THEN YOU DIDN'T MAKE ONE!
  • edited January 2006
SUBMIT THINGS FOR THE PODCAST, WRETCHES! UNLESS YOU ALREADY DID, WHICH IS AWESOME, EVEN THOUGH IT MAY BE TAILORED TO A SPECIFIC SEASON AND THEREFORE UNUSABLE!

I am kukopanki. I'm from Ecuador, which is in South America, not in Africa. I make most of my avatars myself. much like this one. It's a space ghost.

DIDN'T I SEND YOU AN ESSAY ABOUT DROWNING PUPPIES!
  • edited January 2006
By pure coincidence (ESP?) I re-downloaded the game from which I get my avatar just before the forums died. And we're BACK!
  • edited January 2006
Or maybe you were the one who shut down the forums!

    A conspiracy is afoot methinks!
  • edited January 2006
    I am me.
  • edited January 2006
I am he as you are he as you you are me as we are all together?

    Goo Goo G'joob.

Hello to most, hello again to some.

To those who don't know me, I was a huge bitch at a previous forum that many people here visited. To those that do know me, I apologize for such bitch-dom and decided to stop by and say hi.

    So, hi.
  • edited January 2006
    Which forum, which?
  • edited January 2006
One that was lost in the depths of non-activity, never to return.

Well, they do have a haiku thread there that seems to be getting a few hits now and then.
  • edited January 2006
    Thanks for the apology!
