How did I miss this thread for 20 minutes. I wasn't lying when I said I was looking for a place to say hey. 20 minutes maaaan
EDIT: For the record, before anyone gets any ideas, my shoes, pants, and all other articles of clothing are safely secured to my body over the internets. you beat!
Don't worry, Mr. Seagull, there will always be a special place in my heart for you.
That was really only a reference to the fact that the first post of his I read was a continuation of a discussion I'm really invested in, nothing more.
Did we ever decide on whether or not we were, at the time, Inkies? I think I wanted something else at the time, but Inkies was awesome, looking back on it.
Haha, Inkie is a great title. I don't think we've come up with anything good for The Orange Belt, though I've probably said "Orange Beltians" a few times. Mostly I just collectively call us "forumites". Seems to work well for both communities, especially since there's little need to differentiate us from a community that no longer exists. ^__^
Every once in a while it seems that somebody from the dark past of the OB/IS revives themselves to the delight of veterans. It's a happy moment for all.
I actually was on the Inksandwich for a completely insubstantial amount of time. I remember being a complete moron at the time though.
NO LONGER it would seem. ZOMG DID YOU SEE WHAT I DID THAR!?
No need to differentiate, Mario, and that was totally not my intention. You can't really know where you are until you've known where you've been. Maybe when I grow into the OB I'll be more comfortable being an "Orange Belt-Buckle" (sticking, like it or not). I'm just around to say some witty things every now and then with considerably less drama in my old age. I've got a feeling the art section will be my more permanant home. I'll be posting a bunch of art next month and beyond, mark my words.
it's true, in the good ol' days we never pissed elliott off by making way too many off collar gay jokes, and I never got into verbal fistfights with animal, and shawn was old, as was the norm.

Edit: Wait!!! My name isn't Mr.Seagull, it's Babera.
No way I was letting that go 'til I was finished.
certainly has! Mario and I were chatting and the time between inksandwich going kaput and now came up. 2005, it's been so long.
You know this Noobity? Was he from one of the previous incarnations of the Orange Belt or something like that?
Edit: Ah I see, I took to long on my fancy-pants "huh" and missed that post.
