Oh, yesss... and then there's that other tiny reason I came here. I ruined my reputation at the last forum I went to by having the ocational unfunny joke (usually regarding dr. who), and... double posting... Only once!.. but you know how grudges work.

    That is UNCOOL, man!

Also... sticks and stones may brake my bones but the in-tangible act of stealing virtual shoes will never hurt me.
Oh doesn’t it? You have yet to learn my double-posting friend....

    *Evil Laughter*

Okay.. that was a bit creepy...
(oh and for give the title, I was not feeling creative..)

Oh yeah, wasn't it my origial intent for that to be my only post?
  • edited July 2008
Awww, don't stop (single) posting! All the cool kids are doing it!
  • edited July 2008
    Ok, if you, care...

But do tell me, how many posts a day is acceptable, and how old a post can I respond to?
  • edited July 2008
As long as it's on-topic, you can respond to any thread you want. Mario likes to recycle old threads rather than make new ones, from what I've seen.

There are no real hard and fast rules. Just keep all your posts interesting to everyone else and you shouldn't have a problem. You'll know when you do something wrong because everyone will mention it as obnoxiously as possible. But don't take it personal: just wipe your brow, check your swing, and move on to the next thread.

    Will do.
  • edited July 2008
OMG UR DOIN IT WRONG GET OUT
  • edited July 2008
I charged me lasorz what went wrong?
    *cries*

My tendency to recycle threads with a similar topic is not a rule per se, but I would suggest it isn't a terrible idea either. Keeps things nice and clean. There's no limit to posts per day, but people might give you funny looks if you simply post in every available thread. Make sure your contributions go beyond raising your post count and you'll go far. ^__^

    Welcome!

I would never! But it would be nice to have a bit of a good number, I'll consede that.

I'll be on my best manners.

Until I get tread starting abilitys.

What exactly is that game Mace like? I've never heard of it before :\
  • edited July 2008
It's the best mortal combat clone ever! But I like it because the characters are so awsome, in peticular Dregan is cool. But he's a cheat code so he won't be on the interweb.

Oi young/old/completely unknown newcomer, this humble area is not humbled by you... young whippersnapper.

    But...
    Mario said...

And even though this question will sound incredably noobish, I'm still gonna ask it:
Is that shanked guy in your avatar Dr. Who?
  • edited July 2008
No!!! The guy in the gray is Altair the main character from Assassin's Creed and the other guy is one of the people in the assassin's beureaus around the game.

Probably doesn't explain that much but meh.

I won't lie to you though, I thought the guy looked like Dr. Who too.
  • edited July 2008
You know he's not actually called "Doctor Who," right?
  • edited July 2008
Yes, he's just "The Doctor" but the show is called Dr. Who and it's faster to type and everyone knows who I'm talking about. So I type that instead.

Besides, I would've had no idea who he was talking about had he just said "The Doctor."
  • edited July 2008
Well, understandable, I suppose. I don't know how many characters are referred to as the Doctor, but *shrug* Carry on.

Oh and Agentcel is gone to the land of misery and communism. Perhaps he will return to suck the sweet air of freedom once more. (Please tell me someone besides Ryan got that reference... it would make my day)

He was when Peter Cushing played him.
  • edited July 2008
    Well... how silly.

I don't think those are part of the official canon, though... that form isn't included in his current regenerative history.. have you seen those movies? Any good?
  • edited July 2008
I do know what Assassin's Creed is, I'm a double poster, not a hermit.

I was thinking the stabing guy was the random one, so I didn't recognise him.

Ok. Problem solved. every one's happy. Now, I best leave this innocent thead alone before I get busted for Off topicness

Ok: so not everyone is happy...

They're not canon (the "Dr. Who" played by Peter Cushing is a human inventor who built a TARDIS in his backyard) and I've only seen the first one. It wasn't nearly as good as the episodes it was adapted from.
  • edited July 2008
Ohhh... sounds fascinating. I might have to look it up.
  • edited July 2008
Tarkin played The Doctor?!? This I must see.
