Just for future reference, try to avoid any 1337 5P34l< around here. It's annoying and only appropriate when mocking those who use it. That includes "pwn" or any conjugation thereof.
'Lore, it would be very hard to make a 6:35 movie that had anything to do with the comic. I mean, if it was like the comic, it would be a black and white movie with a few random colored seconds, and no scene would have anything to do with the scene before it.
I have a lot of math dreams. In my dream last night, a boy I knew in high school wanted to knit himself a hoodie sweater but he didn't have a pattern. I knew how to write the pattern, but I refused to help him (because of the time in high school where he refused to show me how to solder a new jack to my headphones). Finally I decided to just give him a pattern, but woke up in a cold sweat doing knitting arithmetic.
Time to freak everyone out with my weird-ass dreams. First, I rarely have a dream with any sort of a story to follow, it's more like detailed still frames that I know the backstory to. They're rarely (if ever) pleasent. I can't actually recall any pleasent dreams, ever. I'm sure I must have them at elast once in a while, I just can't ever remember them. I'm also prone to sleep walking and sleep talking, so I spend a good portion of my night only half asleep. This is when I have what are most similar to dreams, but it's really just imagining things within my current surroundings (I've had people swear that I was awake; walking around with my eyes open and talking, but I'm actually mostly asleep, I don't really see or hear what's around me, my mind places me somewhere else).
OK, freaky part (at elast for me). I have one reoccurring "dream". SOme weird looking troll-like figure that sits on the end of my bed. Sometimes 2. They basically just ignor me. I "wake up" and feel seomthing on the edge of my bed, by my leg (like how you can feel the wight shift and the pull of the blankets). I see a siloette, but I know it has depth, of haggardly man or woman (who can tell). I'm never scared, just really pissed off. "Who are you?", I usually demand. They never answer and I become angrier. I'll ask again and they still won't aswer. I become so mad I start hitting them (I'm actually sitting up in bed, throwing punches), but of course, this doesn't do anything. After many punches I'll usually wake up enough to see him fade and realize where I am.
I sleepwalk sometimes. Not often anymore. My parents said one time I came into the kitchen in the middle of the night and started telling them about some video game, and then just left.
It's quite interesting. I wonder if any studies have been done to determine any correlation between sleep walkers and different types of intelligence (as in logical, musical, itrapersonal, etc.)
No ones had crazy dreams forr over a year? I have some trouble believing that.
Last night I had a dream in french. I dont speak french. There were some people playing guitar with sticky notes on their feet, but more importantly, the french.
I don't think I'm very happy. I always fall asleep to the sound of my own screams. Then I always wake up in the morning to the sound of my own screams. Do you think I'm unhappy?
A few nights ago I dreamt a tooth fell out, which I'm told means I have some kind of fear of losing control. Then my foot tore open in a horribly gruesome manner (it even had what looked like the end of a small intestine spewing out pus, which I even knew in the dream to not make a damn bit of sense). I have no idea what that symbolizes, but it weirded me out to no end.
I had that exact problem once. I had to duck out of class for a bit, call home and have someone email the file to me. If you can't do that, then I can't help you.
I've not had any crazy dreams in a while, but I'll regale you with one from when I was 11:
It was almost my 11th birthday and I was going to get Majora's Mask. I dreamt I was fighting the eye boss in the water dungeon (Not as a game. I was actually link) then my mum came in (in a suitably N64 polygon manner) and chided me for playing before my birthday. That's all I can remember of it. Yeah.
Last night I had a dream where several giant monsters of sorts were attacking the planet. (Probably from reading too much about Cloverfield...)
The only thing I clearly remember was I was walking through the wilderness, and could somehow hear news broadcasts in my head. They were lamenting that because of these monsters, animals were behaving really erratically. All birds and insects had lost their ability to fly and were believed to become extinct within days.
Then one of the creatures threw a giant tree at me, and I ran away. I don't remember a whole lot else, but I vaguely remember trying to get into my house but my parents not letting me in for fear of the monsters...
One time awhile ago I had a dream that I was that weasel I draw sometimes. Other than that, everything was completely normal. I was just, like, hanging out around my house. My dad had a bunch of guests over, but they didn't seem to think anything of it. Except for this one old couple who kept lookin' at me funny.
Also, I was just reading the beginning of this thread again, and we gotta get started on those Blue Truck t-shirts. Those are gonna be awesome.
The best dream I've ever had was quite epic. Apparently Dracula (ala Castlevania SOTN) had been reborn, and I and others were drafted to fight him. Sounds shitty, but we were given weapons of mass destruction. MAGIC. In the dream, I could actually feel myself pulling power from the core of my being and expelling it as fire, ice, lightning, etc. and blowing away legions of Dracula's minions. It felt totally awesome. I think that that might be what it feels like to cast magic.
To make the dream even more awesome, I got to witness an intense fight between Dracula and Death (again, ala Castlevania). There was all kinds of crazy moves, swords and scythe swinging like mad. In the end, Dracula got the better of Death and ripped him apart. The significance of this dawned on me just as I woke up. And I was sad to be back in the real world.
Oh, a couple of years ago, I had a dream that really freaked me the hell out. I was talking to someone at a computer, I don't know who, but I couldn't see their face because they were facing the screen. As we were talking, it's voice, I don't know if it was a man or a woman, was slowly changing, but just a bit. And the longer I spent talking, the more I wanted to see the face, except I was scared as hell by the person's voice. I wanted to run away, or get up and look at the person, but I was convinced if I moved, or even said the wrong thing, I would get killed. So I just sat in a chair, talking to this person, thinking "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die, I'm going to fucking die."
You guys have crazy scary dreams. I'm not sure I've ever had a scary dream. I've had stressful dreams (seems like the more time I spend away from school the more I dream about overdue projects and forgotten homeworks and things like that), but never really scary ones. Even the dreams that I die in are sorta funny.
Wow I just read some of my own old dreams. I forgot about that crazy memory teleport thing. Also, I was haunted by monsters in my dreams as a young child. In more recent times, I think I've died in dreams a couple times. I have had many dreams that place me in huge "school" buildings that are like giant mazes with many stories with miles of hallways. I've had tornado dreams (one of which I think I died in). I had the voice of the devil yell at me once. Apparently, he didn't appreciate me laughing at him. That one had me waking up feeling terrified for a bit. The dream wasn't really scary. It was one of those dreams where you know its a dream kinda and are just playing along. Only the voice didn't really feel like part of the dream and I woke up immediately upon hearing it.
Dude, the scariest dreams I ever have are going inside of monsters. Like, traveling in their stomachs. I think I watch too much Discovery Health Channel.

I meant everyone in general...

YAY! I win the crazy award.

WAIT A SECOND. That is happening right now.
AUGH. WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY didn't I email it to myself too.

Oh I am so writing a story about that over the weekend. Fuck yeah.
Yeah, it was really badass. Think Dracula and Death fighting Dragonball Z style, but with a lot less stationary screaming.
