yea, neither do i, and jeesus... i unlocked everything... way back when. (Me paul and Mario had an EPIC battle to get the 200 hours of gameplay way back when. That was a good day. There's nothing like watching Link get TROUNCED.)

Well he's still fairly rare. Just like Mew from the first one.

I have not once seen Celebi in my game. And I played that game a lot.

    Little frustrating.

I've seen it. 'Cause I'm awesome.

I have too. Twice I believe.

Wonder where they'll use X tunnel? I like it.

Look at me! I'm testing the ability of unregistered folks to post in this forum! Don't worry, guests can't post new threads. Pretty much the only thing they can do is post replies to threads we make.

In an alternate universe, Brawl was released several days ago. That makes me a sad panda.
  • edited December 2007
That makes me a HAPPY panda, because the longer it takes to be released, the better it will be!

By that logic, Duke Nukem Forever will be the greatest game ever made, just as soon as they finish it. I'm still allowed to be annoyed by Nintendo's delays of high-profile titles. They shouldn't promise release dates that they consistently fail to meet.

    Brawl is like wine?

Hlavco draws Mew listening to music-They post it!

I swear on my life they are lurkers!
  • edited December 2007
I think it's actually Hlavco who's the lurker in this case.

What if they announce dates that the game WON'T be out by. That way, they'd either keep their word, and everyone gets what they expected, or, they break it, and everyone gets a pleasent surprise! Someone get on suggesting that to them!

(side note: wow... I swear to god, UHF must be in my brain, I typed "present supplies" instead of "pleasant surprise" totally unintentionally... I didn't catch it till my second type looking it over for typos too. The amazing part is that I spelled both words correctly...)

Hey, I found the entire first part of the Subspace Emissary...up until the end of Donkey Kong Takes a Stand! Not really spoilers, but it connects all the videos we've seen so far.

    Part 1
    Part 2

That was EPIC win. Does anyone else have intense feelings of nostalgia from the similarities to old SNES Kirby games?
  • edited December 2007
Well, seeing as Sakurai created the Kirby series as well, that would make sense.

Jeez, just confirm Sheik already! We know everything about everyone except sonic's final smash! We already know all the begining stages! I swear they're just trying to make me mad.

There's still exactly two months left, there's plenty of time. Although, if it turns out Shiek isn't in this one, I will be pissed. But that is unlikely considering they have models for them.
Game Informer: Have you been consulted at all for the usage of Link or Sheik or Ganondorf for Smash Bros. Brawl?

Aonuma: I’ve been working with Sakurai for a very long time with this new Smash Bros., because the Wii came out and when discussion for a new Smash Bros. took place nobody could think of anyone other than Sakurai working on it. He was kind of the default, and I was very happy to hear that he would be working on it. Actually, my designers did work on the designs for Sheik and Link and Ganondorf. So they submitted the initial designs, and so it would fit in the Smash Bros. Brawl environment, they’ve had to tweak some of the designs. But Sakurai has brought those altered designs to NCL. We’re working very closely with the team of Smash Bros. Brawl to make sure the characters look their best.

I know she's in, I'm just more interested in what she looks like.

The Kirby model looks like such a cheap cop-out it always makes me laugh to see it. Especially with silly textures stuck on it.
  • edited December 2007
I liked how they even made fun of that themselves, in that early trailer where it shows the character models get updated from Melee- to Brawl-quality and Kirby is unchanged.

Well, there's not much to him.
  • edited December 2007
They were able to include an art lesson on how to draw him in the intro to Kirby's Adventure.

Then they bitch-slapped him with a paint brush.
  • edited December 2007
I'm really bad at drawing Kirby...
