I have a multitude of successes to report on!

1.I totally pwned at my state TSA (Technology Student Association) competition, taking home three golds, a silver, and a bronze. In a job interview competition (that I got gold in) two of the judges wanted to hire me for realz. Not up to Michal Phelps yet, but it is an improvement from last year’s one gold, one silver.
2.I spent the first period of today exploding a mixture of baking soda and vinegar all over my English teacher’s door with grandbahamut.
3.I’m about to head out for eight days of slot cannoning for spring break!
4.And most importantly, my schedule has mellowed out to the point were I can enjoy the luxuries in life, such as the internet!
Tis a happy time my friends.

As I recall, I got to pop the bags of baking soda and vinegar 3 times, since other people were too squeamish to pop it. I got it all over. Looked like Chuck Norris Happy Hour on the door, too...

It was all dried up by the end of the day, though.

Also! Today, I went canoeing down the Snake River (some of you who live near Idaho may know what I'm talking about) and got a tan and got to seriously work my muscles again! It was great! I'm only mildly sunburned for 6 hours in the sun, too...

My schedule has likewise smoothed out (no more TSA, science project turned in) so I can go to the gym again and I have time to play Age of Wonders 2 with my brothers again without feeling guilty. Freedom is a beautiful thing,

    Macko is right. Happy Times.

I don't know if anyone aside from you two have ever even heard of that TSA thing, explain?

    DOUBLE SUCCESS!

My old bicycke from highschool, while fairly rusty, now has tires again. Tomorrow I move on to BRAKES (since there currently are none at all). The old thing's a little beat up, and the tires may not be perfectly straight anymore, but it will serve me well again.

    Secondly, this finally shipped.

Neat. I myself have a pile of computer parts currently being shipped to my place of residence. I shall have me a new computamajigger yet.

My school had a half hearted attempt at a spirit week this week, and I was able to relate each day's theme to wearing an eyepatch. It was kind of hard to navigate the halls with a chunk of my vision missing, but worth it.

I am at a 5-star hotel in town for the night so I can escape the construction for one morning!

I got a free room upgrade to a suite because I'm so damn cute, I sat around in a hot tub for a while, I got to have a martini, and I had a 50 year old prostitute who applied her makeup with a shotgun follow me halfway through the hotel because she mistook me for her client!

    Been an eventful night.

Me too! My computer was acting up so I decided to finally just pull the trigger and make a new computer. I then restarted my computer, after submitting the order on newegg and when it rebooted the hard drive completely failed.

    Excellent timing!

I changed the lightbulbs in my room, 6/9!
  • edited March 2009
What does 1.65343915 × 10^-5 have to do with lightbulbs?
  • edited March 2009
It means I replaced six of the nine bulbs. It was not easy.

All at once? You must be exhausted. I just worked from 3pm to 3:30am. YAY!

i have started to play on hard difficulty in guitar hero 3:)

Oh, that is good. Wait til the final tier... it's going to kick your ass. =D

I'm starting hard up on Guitar Hero 4. I'm learning that its better to work your way through by doing easier songs first, such as Slow Ride (3) or No Sleep 'til Brooklyn (4)

Ahh guitar hero...Loved that game, and I was good at it too, until I had a guy try and tell me lynyrd skynyrd wrote free bird specifically for guitar hero two. Haven't touched it since.
  • edited March 2009
Why would that ruin the game for you? Wouldn't that just make you hate that guy for being an idiot?
  • edited March 2009
It's not guitar hero's fault that some people are absolute morons.
  • edited March 2009
Or...is it? I'll have to do some research.

I bought a Snuggie™! It was at CVS for $15 and it still had the extra light inside.

Couldn't you just buy a big bathrobe and wear it backwards?
  • edited March 2009
Psh. But you'd just look stupid wearing a backwards bathrobe. What were you thinking?

I think I might buy one of these at some point.
  • edited March 2009
they're big, too. I covers my feet and around my shoulders.
  • edited March 2009
    Adam? in a Snuggie? hahahahahahahahahahha
  • edited March 2009
I wonder if they're good for snuggling in...
  • edited March 2009
I can't believe that thing actually exists.
