I bet the person who invented it is filthy rich now, haha.

Does the purchase of a Snuggie really belong in the success thread?

    Really?

Why would that ruin the game for you? Wouldn't that just make you hate that guy for being an idiot?

Not so much that but it seems to make people think it's the greatest thing ever, like real guitar doesn't exist and it pisses me off. But yeah, the whole idiot thing too.

As an update to my computer parts related success, I have all the makings of a functioning computer, but my needlessly overpriced case is still in production, so in the meantime I have my computer mounted and operational in an open-air steel frame that was once a 1990's era HP computer.

One of my sisters also had issues with a computer that would not boot and had me look at it. Well, after a bit of investigation I suspected the hard drive. I ended up pulling it out and plugging it in to my new computer that was so wonderfully handy and recently setup so I could pull her data off if possible and work with the drive, but Vista had other plans. As soon as I powered up my new computer it figured out this new drive was fucked and repaired it quick before booting. The drive was fine after that. So I moved the old hard drive back to my sister's computer and just like that it was working fine and dandy again. Nonetheless I advised my sister to get a new hard drive. This one was quite old and likely to have more problems.

...I gotta say, so far, Vista doesn't suck.

Vista is pretty kickass, only problems I've run into is some of the menus (like if you're running through their help menu, etc.) don't load and I just get a white window. However I have the internet, so it's not a problem.

I don't have the internet. Should I consider getting it?

My recent success: I made a php version of my comic's archive page, so now I can just have one page for comics instead of 63+!

Vista is ok, but Windows 7 is worlds better. I've been running the beta for a month and I haven't had a single problem with it.

Well, the computer died, but the symptoms of that were apparent way before I installed it.

    Adam? in a Snuggie?

    Anyone? In a snuggie? Uh-Oh

If that link brings you to a strip that makes no sense or is irrelevan, it probably isn't 3-31-09 when you click on it. Reset the date on the page to 3-31-09

    Oh God not again.

Someone please shut this kid up.

I wasn't here for Spyro, Skeeligton, Stickman, or any of Spyro's other manifestations, but I think you guys don't have probable cause for accusing this guy of being Spyro, unless he sent revenge PMs or something. I say we just stare at him in a strange fashion until he makes a misstep.

Interrogation Question 1: Pickle, where do you live?
  • edited April 2009
This isn't Spyro, because Spyro already came back under a new name and has learned how to type properly
  • edited April 2009
Maybe he forgot? Anyway, why did he mention Spyro out of the blue? Or am I missing something?
  • edited April 2009
When I was new and stupid, (although I didn't like bionicles) I read back threads and learned of spyro too. I say we give the kid an answer.

Spyro sent a nasty email to mario, and was promptly and justly banned. I can't say exactly why spyro was so mad at mario, but it's pretty obvious who was in the wrong.

He was also an annoying shithead.

Though credit should be given, he did start the Food thread. I like that thread.

We brought up Spyro in a different thread. I have no idea why his post is here.

I just assumed he was a jackhole and forgot about him, I'd like to know more specifics about the real story, but... eh, whatever.

The only reason I didn't like Spyro was because he was on Inksandwich when that was still alive and was more annoying than when he came here. Not only that, but he somehow managed to follow me to every single forum I've ever gone on. So that's just why I was always on his ass.

Seems to me like someone has a crush on a certain someone with a Squirtle avatar...

    He just wants laundry advice.

Clearly RCS suffers from multiple personality disorder and is actually also Spyro! He just doesn't know it yet.

But I thought NoLonger was Spyro...

    WRONG (as usual)

I'm not wearing pants. I'm willing to chalk that up to awesome success.

Last night I played Team Fortress 2 and Left4Dead with all the graphical settings MAXED OUT and no lag whatsoever.

My new computer is a success.
