Aside from the main problem, which we have covered already, a few things:

You need something to indicate progression of time between panel 1 and 2, e.g. an extra panel showing him walking to the lab, or a box saying "Some time later" in the top of the panel.

Those translucent bubbles are hard to read.
Your syntax is a bit dodgy, So:
You're =A contraction of You Are.
Your = Second Person Possessive, used, as the name implies, to denote possession. "Your Coke".
You should only really start words with capitals if they're a name or at the beginning of a sentence, that doesn't include after a comma.
