Did you hear? Games like Pokemon Revolution generate their own friend code, just like DS WiFi games. How incredibly inconvenient!
Source? Last I heard from Nintendo themselves, the Wii code would be the only code involved.
Don't take offense to that, though... It's not that I don't trust you, it's that I really don't want to believe you because it's a stupid thing for Nintendo to do.

Doesn't mean some games can't use the wii friend codes anyway.
Oh, that's only one game. One game that was ruined anyway, so they could make you play with pinapple controllers that you have to replace every week and the worst problem would still be how they screwed up the entire battle mechanics.
I got it!!!!! Man, this thing rules. I got Twilight Princess and Trauma Center:Second Opinion as well. Now I have to go in my basement and play with my Wii!
P.S. How far did you guys get in Twilight Princess on your first day? I only got to searching for the Boss Key in the Forest Temple.

On my first day? I got up to finding all but 2 of the monkeys. Dungeons are a fair bit longer in TP than the others I think.
I played Wii bowling against my mother for the first time last night. My mother who's only gaming history is adventure island on an NES, and then on one of those NES in an N64 controller thingys you get for like £5 from a flea market.

This person beat me 181 - 135
That's when you get a rematch. My dad beat me game one, but I went in again and smoked him.
I am not typing this from my Wii. Because the web browser function is garbage right now. It has some real basic design flaws that hopefully can be fixed with updates, but I don't want to get into that now.
All gripes about Internet interface aside, I love this magical space box from the future. It makes me excited about video games again.
Finally: I got my horse back, and am currently fighting that Orc on razorback-back. All in my first day.
Me and Conor spent a LONG time hunting for one, includin 3 targets, 3 gamestops, a game crazy, a best buy, an EB games, a Circuit City, and 3 malls. All for not. I hate the friggin wii. it's a pain to get.
91 pins? Isn't that a bit ridiculous?
Also, I have been considering getting a Wii, but it occurs to me I would likely also have to purchase a TV to hook it to, and I don't have money for both.
I'd probably have to stand in line on a Sunday morning to get one though.

Individual Game codes, even when you have the Wii code= Um, no seriously, why?

IGN had an article about it. I read it too.

I just haven't played it yet.
EDIT: And now I have!
