Ahahahha! I was playing Wind Waker on my 'Cube to pass time before Christmas (and hopefully I'll get a Wii). My Gamecube has an internal problem that makes it repeat sounds and eventually skip out and read "ERROR". Well, I started a new game in Wind Waker, because I wanted to hear that awesome music when the legend is told. Well, after playing for ten minutes, I got to the part where Link is launched into the Forsaken Foretress! They launched him, and then he repeatedly started screaming!! (The problem was starting.) And then...right when he hit the wall it said "ERROR". I don't think I've ever laughed harder.

That's good stuff. I'm laughing just thinking about that.
I finally got Twilight Princess! What an awesome game! I've only just gotten to the :spoilers?: Goron mines, and I'm stuck at the flippin' entrance! I thought about using my Gale Boomerang somehow, but Zelda logic says that I should use my iron boots. I haven't really been stuck until now. Although it did take me a while to figure out how to get the cradle from the monkey. The Forest Temple was very, very easy. I went through it with no trouble.:end spoilers?:
Spoiler too: which entrance? the room with the flaming pillars of lava, or the one with the magnetic doo-dah in the middle? PS: Hope you got the hylian shield, otherwise this dungeon is a fair bit harder!
I've been playing my ass off, and I actually beat the dungeon! That's 2 dungeons in 2 days! I'll have this game beaten pretty quickly. I'll stop being an asshole now. But I'm just proud of myself for not using any cheat codes or getting any help! Oh, and :mini-spoiler: when I saw the little spider-looking things on the water in the Goron mines I yelled out loud: TEKTITES!!
Spoiler: Lang is allergic to peanuts. Get him to follow you, and drop peanuts on the ground. When he eats the peanuts, he'll turn blue. That's when you shoot him with the silver arrow.

I got twilight princess a few weeks ago on the cube. I like it although I think the beginning part drags alittle. I keep on switching between this game and Ocarina(since I haven't played it in a long while). Now that I am at the first dungeon in Twilight, things are getting more interesting.
*possible spoilers*
My thoughts on the Forest Temple:In the entrance, I saw the tiny spiders and it didn't bother me. But the one in the center room with the four torches... I kept smacking it with my sword without letting up unless it perished. I remember seeing an article of the forest boss being a gigantic spider. Perhaps this is still why I haven't gotten through this temple yet, heh.
Since then, I've been getting closer to the boss area. I'm in the room with two of those spiders dangling from the ceiling and you have to climb down to a subterranean room to save another monkey. I'm still trying to figure out how to get up the level of the captured primate. I haven't seen anything to indicate I can climb up to him. Maybe my tv screen's too dark.
I'm curious if it is explained who captured all those primates. If it is explained, please don't tell me who. I don't imagine the spiders crawling around holding a key with one leg and putting the chain around the door or cage with the other legs. Most likely, they'd be holding dinner plates and napkins.
Spoiler: The spider is not the boss of the Forest Temple, it's in another Temple, but I'm not sure which. :End spoiler.
The water Temple is just as annoying as it was in Ocarina .
EDIT: I am going to kill somebody. :spoilers: Okay, so I take a trip back to Ordon and go, " OMG LOL a chicken!!!!11", and we all know what that means...a flock of them will go after you eventually if you keep slicing them. So I commence hacking away at the defensless creature. I then see a cutscene and go "Oh boy it's finally pissed!!", but...then...I WAS THE CHICKEN. LAME-O. What a dissapaointment. And you can't eat them when you're a wolf either, which sucks. My only explaination of this odd chicken behavior is that these aren't cucoos...but actual chickens that are possesed when repeatedly poked! Call the biology department.. O_o'. And there aren't any pigs either that you can piss off.
It's also the only place I noticed any The Wind Waker Syndrome, where if you walk up some stairs with your sword in hand, the tip of the sword goes through the floor.
mjc0961: Thanks for the tip for the Forest Temple. That helped and another orange-belter assisted me further in the game. We took turns if we got stuck on certain sections on some of the other dungeons. That made a more enjoyable experience.
Zelda: Beat a few dungeons, but it was my neighbor's game and he purposly deleted the file as revenge for me accidentally deleting his.
Link to the Past: Last time I played, I was stuck in the forest dungeon in the dark world. I watched my cousin beat it, so that counts for something, right?
Ocarina of Time: As an adult, was up to the Fire Temple, gave up, so I got the temple's item and tried the Water Temple. Also gave up. I watched my brother beat it, so that counts for something, right?
That GameBoy One: I think I was in the swamp? The game was borrowed, I don't have it anymore.
Majora's Mask: Ice place. The dungeon after you cross that windy bridge, if I recall correctly.
Yeah, I lack patience at times. Though I felt like I got a lot of work done on the SNES one. I upgraded my shield, that's nice.

Does Lang happen to be Ganon in Zelda I?

SPOILERS Stand on the spider webs in the upper section of the room and swing your lantern. Link will reach down and burn them.
Also: How many Poe's are out there? I've already got over 20, and I wasn't even trying to hunt them down.
Also 2: The bugs! I MUST HAVE MORE.
I'm fighting Zant now...it's relitively annoying. If I beat the game this weekend, what place would I come in on the OB? 2nd, 3rd...or what?
EDIT: I also found the :spoilers: Palace of Twilight to be disappointing. WAA-Y to short. Seriously, there were like, what, 7 rooms?
1.Why did the Triforce mark disappear on Ganondorf's hand? Did he lose his triforce of power?!
2.Did Ganon die?
3.Why was he in his pig form to start off? If Ganon died, wouldn't Ganondorf as well?
4.What of the sages? Why did they not help like the light sprits did? And, where they the ones from the Ocarina of Time?
5. How was Ganondorf able to twili-warp? Was he able to control the power of the twilight?
6.HOW THE HELL DID GANONDORF GET OUT OF THE SACRED REALM?
And yes , Ganon is in the game.
Thats what you said.
Well, he was in the game over screen in Zelda 2, and the final boss in Awakening looked like Ganon, but it wasn't.
...I've never beaten a Zelda game.

Hell, Zelda's not even in Link's Awakening.
